Visit – Browsing: Any customer/user may freely visit the Tousouli online store without being required to provide personal information. If the visit turns into saving products for a future purchase or placing an order, your email, a username, and a password are required (which you define and is stored encrypted in the database).
Individuals – Product Purchases: Full name, landline/mobile phone number, address (city, street, number, area, postal code), delivery address for the order, preferred type of receipt/invoice to be issued (receipt or invoice, in which case Tax Identification Number (VAT Number) and Tax Office are also required), payment method, e.g. cash on delivery, debit/credit card charge, or IRIS (via secure redirect to Eurobank). The website tousouli.gr does not know or store debit/credit card details.
Legal Entities – Freelancers / Professionals – Product Purchases: Company/business name or professional name, registered office location, address (city, street, number, postal code), VAT Number, Tax Office, name of the person responsible for the order, landline/mobile contact number, and fax number.
CONTROL – CUSTOMER/USER ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA.
Users can access their personal information and account (Article 12 of Law 2472/1997) with one click by selecting the “Account” section on the website’s homepage.
To recognize users, the website may use cookies, which are small files commonly used for statistical purposes and to enable user-selected services. Any such information, if present, is not processed or shared with third parties.

To place an order, save your cart, or save favorite products, you must register. In this case, you will be asked for your email address, a password of your choice, full name, address, and phone number for individuals. Professionals will additionally be asked for VAT Number, Tax Office, and profession. All of the above information is collected solely for the proper processing of your order. If you pay by debit/credit card or IRIS, payment is completed via a secure redirect to the Eurobank environment. tousouli.gr neither knows nor stores debit/credit card information.

tousouli.gr does not voluntarily share users’ personal data with third parties. In cases where we do share data, it is either: with your consent, because it is necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., sharing your address with the Greek Postal Service – ELTA), or because compliance with applicable law requires it.
